    General conditions
    (winter season)

    • The prices indicated are valid for a minimum stay of 6 or 7 nights (from sunday to saturday or saturday/saturday, sunday/sunday) and as in all of South Tyrol do not include the tourist tax of €3.00.- per person per night. Adolescents under 14 years are exempt.We consider binding only reservations with deposite.

    • For the payment we accept cash up to € 4.999,99, checks and cash machines.
    • On the day of arrival the rooms will be available from 14:00
    • On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 am.
    • If the booking cancellation notice arrives 29 days before the arrival date, 70% of the agreed price will not be required, as provided for by law pursuant to art. 1382 C. C., and in this case only the deposit will not be refunded. From the 28th day from the date of arrival and the day of the arrival itself a penalty fee will be requested as follows: Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival date: 50% of the agreed price; Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed price; Cancel less than 7 days before of the arrival date: 90% of the agreed price; Failure to submit or cancel the same day and early departure or arrival postponed: 100% of the agreed price.
    • WE RECOMMEND LIVELY TO PROVIDE THE BENEFICIAL PREVENTION OF SERENA WALKING CANCELLATION.
    • The written confirmation of the reservation is a guarantee of the same, so in case of cancellation a cancellation fee will be required in every case except in case of insurance.
    • Any un-consumed meals, will not be deducted from the price.
    • Pets are well accepted but can not be brought to the dining room and bar, the price goes from 35,00 € to 55,00 € per day, depending on the lenght of stay.
    • Supplement for S.Slvestro 35,00 € per person and 20,00 € for children under 10 years.
