    Skiing

    Skiing is a matter of tradition in Alta Badia. As early as 1947, the first chair lift, the Col Alto, was built in Corvara.

    The ski resort Alta Badia in the Italian Alps is located in south-east of South Tyrol, part of the famous Sella Ronda. Badia is between 1,300 and 2,778 metres (4,265 and 9114ft) in altitude. With the central location, Alta Badia is the perfect starting point to explore the skiing in the Dolomities.

    Sellaronda Bike Day

    This traditional bike day is the ideal activity for every cyclist who loves the mountains. It is the green, non-competitive event, and is open to everyone. It takes place twice a year, at the end of June and September. On these dates the four passes around the Sella Massif (Passo Gardena, Passo Sella, Passo Pordoi and Passo Campolongo) will be closed and only accessible to cyclists!
