Deposits will be returned in full if we receive
cancellation at least 40 days prior to set date of arrival, otherwise deposits will be retained, as stipulated

If you postpone your arrival or cut short your holiday, the number
of days booked will still be included in the charge. In the case
of non-arrival, up to 70% of total of the total fee will be charged. |

case of meals not consumed, if prior notice is given. |

Dogs may be accepted after gaining permission
from the management but may not be taken into the dining room
