A real journey doesn't mean to discover but to see with new eyes

Hotel Serena, situated in a bright, sunny, quiet position with views
of the village of Badia, enjoys magnificent views of Sasso Santa
Croce mountain. It is 300 metres away from the ski slopes and just
a short distance away from the village centre.
In winter our guests can make use of the shuttle bus which departs
and arrives, on request, at the hotel.
Our recommendations on how to reach us:
The most convenient way to reach us for those coming from most parts
of Italy (except Veneto and Friuli) is via the ‘autostrada
del Brennero’ (A22), taking the BRESSANONE/BRIXEN – VARNA/VAHRN exit
and then:
• take the main road (SS49) to Val Pusteria to Brunico/Bruneck
• after 25 km follow signs to Val Badia/Gadertal in
S. Lorenzo di Sebato/St. Lorenzen (SS244)
• after another 25 km you will arrive in Badia/Abtei, where
you should turn right to arrive at Hotel Serena.
For those coming from the Veneto and Friuli regions there are two
options:
1. Take the ‘autostrada dell’Alemagna’ (A27) to
Longarone and then carry on to Cortina d’Ampezzo. From Cortina
follow signs to Passo Falzarego and you will find yourself right
in the Val Badia/Gadertal valley, from where you can carry on to
the village of Badia/Abtei.
2. From Vittorio Veneto follow directions to Ponte nelle Alpi, Belluno
and then go in the Agordino direction until Agordo. Here, follow
signs to Caprile. Once in Caprile, you can either take the road for
Falzarego Pass (rather long) or take the road to Arabba and then
carry on to Campolongo Pass. After this, you will descend down to
Corvara and carry on for another 6 km until you arrive in Badia/Abtei,
where you should turn left near the Council building to arrive at
Hotel Serena.
